They arrive in the Forest of Dean, at an old campground Hermione once visited with her parents. As the Sneakoscope is quiescent, there seems to be no imminent danger, but they Disapparate under the Invisibility Cloak just to be safe. Hermione agrees with Harry that they should leave early, reinforcing what Harry imagined, and even thinking she saw somebody. Harry, unable to sleep, imagines hearing footsteps and voices in the wind and gets up during Hermione's watch.
